We recognize that many in our generation struggle with fundamental workplace skills and readiness, and we're committed to bridging this gap. As we rapidly approach an AI-native future with the potential emergence of AGI, we're focused on equipping our generation with both the essential professional capabilities they need today and the adaptive skills they'll need tomorrow.
